Refund policy
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, Poshtikam follows a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.
Non-Returnable Items

All food items including dates, nuts, dried fruits, chocolates, seeds, superfoods, and loose products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
Exception: Damaged or Incorrect Product
A replacement or refund may be considered only if:

The product received is damaged, contaminated, leaked, or incorrect

An uncut and continuous opening video is shared within 24 hours of delivery
The video must clearly show:

Fully sealed package

Shipping label
-
Complete unboxing without pause or cuts
Requests not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
