Refund policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, Poshtikam follows a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All food items including dates, nuts, dried fruits, chocolates, seeds, superfoods, and loose products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

Exception: Damaged or Incorrect Product

A replacement or refund may be considered only if:

  • The product received is damaged, contaminated, leaked, or incorrect

  • An uncut and continuous opening video is shared within 24 hours of delivery

The video must clearly show:

  1. Fully sealed package

  2. Shipping label

  3. Complete unboxing without pause or cuts

Requests not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
